发酵豆粕对淮南麻黄种鸡产蛋性能和繁殖性能的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Fermented Soybean Meal in Diet on Egg-laying and Reproductive Performance of Huainan Spotted-brown Laying Hen

摘要 选用48周龄淮南麻黄鸡母鸡360只,公鸡36只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复母鸡30只、公鸡3只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别饲喂以3%、5%和7%发酵豆粕替代豆粕的日粮。正式试验期42d。结果表明,各处理对淮南麻黄鸡产蛋率、采食量和料蛋比影响不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组蛋壳强度、蛋白高度分别比对照组提高了0.47%(P<0.05)和1.17%(P<0.01);试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的精子活力显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但各处理对公鸡的精子密度和平均射精量无显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组种蛋合格数、试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的孵化率和出雏率均显著提高(P<0.05)。 Three hundred and sixty 48-week-old Huainan spotted-brown laying hens were randomly allocated into four groups with three replicates and thirty layers in each replicate. The trial lasted for fourty-two days. The basal diet was fed to the control group, and the diet of soybean meal replaced by fermented soy- bean meal 3%, 5% and 7% were given to Group Ⅰ ,Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ, respectively. The results showed that all the treatments had no remarkable effects on laying rate,intake and feed efficiency of Huain- an spotted-brown layers(P〉0.05). The average egg shell strength and albumen height of Group 11 were increased by 0.47% (P〈0.05) and 1.17% (P〈0.01) than that of the control group, respectively. The hatchable egg rate of Group Ⅰ , hatching rate and hatchability rate of Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ had remark- able effects than that of the control group (P〈0.05)
