摘要 探讨日粮粗蛋白质和代谢能水平对1~21日龄黑羽公番鸭生长性能、屠宰指标和血液生化指标的影响。试验选取1日龄黑羽公番鸭378羽,采用3×3因子设计,随机分为9个处理,每处理设6个重复,每重复7只鸭,分别饲喂3个粗蛋白质水平和3个代谢能水平不同的9种日粮。试验全期21d。结果显示:日粮粗蛋白质水平显著影响21d体重(P<0.05);粗蛋白质与代谢能水平间的互作显著影响14、21d体重(P<0.05);日粮粗蛋白质和代谢能水平、粗蛋白质与代谢能水平间的互作对屠宰率、全净膛率、葡萄糖、甘油三酯、总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇和尿酸影响均不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明:日粮粗蛋白质和代谢能水平分别为17%和12.55MJ/kg时,黑羽公番鸭生长性能、屠宰指标和血液生化指标为最佳。 This study was designed to investigate the effects of dietary CP and ME on growth perform- ance, carcass parameters and blood parameters of 1-21 days old black male muscovy ducks. Three hundred and seventy eight 1-day-old black male muscovy ducks were used in a 3×3 factorial design trial and randomly allocated to 9 groups with 6 replicates of 7 ducks each. The ducks were fed with 11.72, 12.14 or 12.55 MJ of ME per kg of dietary and 17%, 19% or 21% CP. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The re- sults showed as follows: 1) Dietary CP level had significant effect on 21 d body weight (BW) (P〈0.05), the CP and ME interaction had significant effect on 14d, 21 d BW (P〈0.05). 2) Dietary CP and ME lev- els, the CP and ME interaction all had no significant effect on carcass and eviscerated carcass percentage, GLU, TG, TP, ALB, CHO and U1 (P〉0.05). At comprehensive consideration of growth performance, carcass and blood parameters, 17% and 12.55 MJ/kg were adequate dietary as CP and ME levels in 1~21 days black muscovy ducks.
