摘要
在仔猪日粮中添加微生物发酵植物单细胞蛋白饲料(MPF),研究MPF对仔猪生长性能的影响。85只体重相近的45日龄仔猪随机分为2组,每组40只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在饲喂基础日粮的基础上添加单细胞的饲料。试验结果表明,试验组仔猪每只日平均增重497.22g,料肉比2.12,分别比对照组高15.48%和7.56%(P<0.05);剖检仔猪内脏器官无实质性病理变化;血常规和肝功能无显著变化,肾功能和甲状腺功能T3差异显著(P<0.05),其他指标差异不显著(P>0.05);生产成本分析表明,试验组与对照组提高经济效益9.86%。结果提示,MPF可代替仔猪日粮中50%的豆粕,在生产中极具推广价值。
The study was to assess or evaluate substituting the microbial protein feed (MPF) for 50% soy meal in 45-day-old piglet's diet. It showed that the average daily gain of the MPF group was 497.22 g, and the feed meat ratio was 2.12,15.48%(P〈0.05) and 7.56%(P〈0.05) higher than that of the control group, respectively. The economic benefit of the experiment group improved by 9.86% than that of the control. Necropsy have not found pathological changes of viscera, and physiological and biochemical inde- xes keep in normal limits.The results show MPF can be used to replace 50% soybean meal in daily diet, which worths promoting as a protein feedstuff of piglet.
