摘要
对防爆柴油机的冷却系统进行了分析,提出了将防爆柴油机本体冷却与排气冷却系统单独设计的方案,并对排气冷却系统的关键零部件进行了选型设计。通过温升试验对防爆柴油机冷却系统进行了验证,试验结果表明,相互独立的本机及排气冷却系统达到了防爆要求,并提高了防爆柴油机的工作可靠性,为以后的防爆柴油机冷却系统设计提供了一种新的思路。
Trough analyses the cool system of flameproof diesel;We propose the scheme that divided the cool system of exhaust from the diesel system,and selection of design the key component in exhaust cool system.Validate the cool system of the flameproof diesel by the temperature rising test.The experimental results show that the cool system between the main frame and exhaust meet the flameproof requirement,and improve the work reliability flameproof diesel.It also can provide some new ideas for the cool system of flameproof in the future.
