摘要
在完成选型设计过程中一直立足于设计简单、运行安全可靠、安装、调整、维修方便,价格低廉为准则,采用了安全系数较高的德国西门子公司生产的S7-200系列的PLC为运输系统的核心控制系统,实现对运输系统中的电机、变频器、润滑油泵、冷却水泵的起动、运行过程及停止、各种检测和保护措施等各个环节的控制。
During the accomplishment of lectotype design for the purpose of simple design,safe operation,easy installation,adjustment and maintenance,low price,it employs a high safety factor core control system with S7-200 PLC as a transport system produced by Siemens,which realizes the control of the motor,inverter,lubrication,oil pump,cooling water pump,start-up,operation,process and stop all kinds of test and protection measures and so on in transportation system.
