摘要
介绍了旋风分离器的结构组成、功能原理,以测试数据作为边界条件,模拟井下工况对旋风分离器流场进行了数值模拟,以气体压力变化率作为流场优化目标函数,对旋风分离器内部流场进行了优化,优化后,旋风分离器内部气体压力变化率明显降低,从而为锚杆钻车降噪研究奠定了基础。
Introduced composition and function principle of cyclone separator.Simulating coal mining conditions.Numerical simulation of flow field in cyclone separator has been done by using test data as boundary condition.Optimization of flow field in cyclone separator has been done by using gas pressure volatility as objective function.Gas pressure volatility significantly reduced when optimization was done,Laid a theoretical basis for noise reduction research of anchor drill.
