摘要
对非圆截面零件加工中的切削力及其特性做了系统的分析。提出了如何评判切削力及是否需要对其进行补偿和补偿程度的问题,并建立了模糊评判模型,分析得出了由各切削分力和合力判定切削力补偿的方法。
This paper analyzed cutting force and characteristics of non-circular cross section parts processing systematically.Put forward how to judge cutting force and whether need compensation and what degree of compensation is,and established a fuzzy evaluation model,got method that judging each component and strength of cutting force compensation by analysing.
