摘要
应用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)编程并模拟仿真焊接过程中的温度变化。以模拟20 g(20锅炉板)焊接为例,建立三维模型、网格划分、施加高斯热源、控制载荷移动,实现焊接过程的数值模拟。通过改变程序中的参数变量,得出焊接速度、电弧有效加热半径、焊接电压、焊丝材料对焊接温度场的影响,为焊接工艺的改善提供重要的理论依据。
ANSYS parametric design language(APDL) is applied to compile and simulate temperature variation of welding process in the paper.Take a 20 g(20 boiler plate) plate for example,three-dimensional model is established and grids are meshed and Gaussian heat source is exerted and moving load is under control and Numerical simulation of welding process is realized.We can conclude that welding speed,effective heating radius,welding voltage and welding wire material have a heavy influence on temperature field by changing parameter variable in procedure.Finally,we can supply some important theory basis for welding process.
