摘要 利用Solidworks建立防爆胶轮车整车三维实体模型,并应用多体动力学软件ADAMS对胶轮车进行动态仿真分析,提取典型路况下车架铰接点、各附件与车架铰接处的动态载荷曲线以及胶轮车的转矩和功率曲线。从实际使用过程中反馈的信息来看,该仿真分析结果能够准确地反映胶轮车运行特性的实际变化趋势,验证了虚拟样车的正确性,从而为防爆胶轮车车架局部改进、减重优化及整车动力学性能的研究提供依据。 Three-dimensional model of the explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle was built by Solidworks,then the dynamic characteristics of the explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle was simulated and analyzed by using multi-body dynamics simulation program ADAMS,the dynamics load curve of frame joint point with each accessory and the torque and power curve of the rubber-tyred vehicle on the typical road environments were obtained.According to the feedback information from the practical process,the results of simulation analysis can specific reflect the actual variations of operation characteristics of rubber-tyred vehicle,it were verified that the virtual sample was correct,which also could provide the theoretical references to improving partly,lowering weight optimization and the whole vehicle dynamics performance of the explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle.
