摘要
针对WC8型铰接式自卸车前、后车架在使用过程中有可能发生破坏的问题,利用三维软件SolidWorks建立车架的几何模型,应用有限元法基本原理,在ANSYS软件中建立前后车架的有限元模型,分析获得满载荷弯曲、转弯和制动等的工况下的静应力以及模态结果,以评价机架结构的强度。
This paper has built the model of the eight tons of articulated dump the frame geometry using three-dimensional software-SolidWorks,then the finite element model of before and after frame was analyzed in ANSYS by applying the finite element theory.The results were acquired static stress and modal results of full load bending,turn and brake conditions,which can be evaluate the strength of the frame structure.
