摘要
针对刚体模型得到的动态特性不完善的问题,建立行星齿轮系统的柔性体模型,并对动力学模型中的重要参数进行了分析和计算。模拟实际工况进行仿真,验证了齿轮之间的动态啮合力在柔性体模型下更加准确,得到了齿轮的各阶模态。根据动态应力所处位置和变化情况找到了各齿轮的危险部位,最后得到了行星轮的最大应力。
In order to solve the insufficient of obtaining information about dynamic characteristics from rigid model,this article built the flexible body model for the planetary gear system and the important parameters which in the dynamic model were analyzed and calculated.The model was simulated under the actual conditions,after the checking,the dynamic meshing force between the gears is more accurate based on the flexible body model,modes of each gear were obtained.The risky position of the gears can be found according to the location of the dynamic stress and its changes.Finally,the maximum stress of the planet gear was obtained.
