大枣多糖对酒精肝大鼠组织抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 观察大枣多糖对酒精肝大鼠组织抗氧化功能的影响。方法:选择SD大鼠50只,随机分成5组,每组10只。Ⅰ为空白对照组,Ⅱ为白酒对照组,Ⅲ为大枣多糖多糖低剂量组(4g/kg体重),Ⅳ为大枣多糖多糖中剂量组(8g/kg体重),Ⅴ为大枣多糖高剂量组(16g/kg体重)。除空白对照组外其余各组每天上午用56%白酒(8mL/kg)灌胃。六周后,处死各组大鼠,采取心、肝、脾、肺、肾组织0.5g,加生理盐水制成10%匀浆液,2500r/min离心(15min)取其上清液,测定SOD、CAT、GSH-Px的活性和MDA的含量。结果表明大枣多糖能提高酒精肝大鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾的SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活力(P<0.05或P<0.01),同时降低其MDA含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明大枣多糖对酒精肝大鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾的损伤有一定的保护作用,这与大枣多糖能够清除氧自由基、增强抗脂质过氧化反应有关。 The resesrch is to study the effect of jujube polysaccharide on antioxidant function of tissues in alcohol -induced rats. Methods:50 healthy rats were selected and divided into 5 groups randomly,10 in each group. GroupⅤ was a control group, Group Ⅱ was spirit group,Group Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴwere jujube polysaceharide low dosage group (4g · kg^-1) ,middle dosage group (8g· kg^-1 ) and high dosage group( 16g · kg^-1 ). Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅵ, Ⅴ were administrated with 56% Alcohol (8ml · kg^-1) every morning ,but Ⅰwas drinking tap water. After six weeks , rats in all group were killed and heart,liver,spleen,kidney,lung were sampled at 0.56 respectively . All samples were added by saline to produce 10% homogenate,centrifuged at 2500r/min (or 15 minutes,and the supernatant was discarded. So as to determine the activity of SOD, CAT, GSH - Px, and the content MDA. Results : Jujube polysaccharide can increase the activity of SOD, CAT, GSH - Px significantly ( p 〈 0.05or p 〈 0.01 ) and decrease the content of MDA significantly ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) on the heart, liver, spleen, kidney, lung. Conclusion: Jujube polysaccharide can protect liver in jury which is related to clear free radical,anti - lipid per oxidation
