摘要
为了更深刻地研究振动光整加工中各种因素对工件表面粗糙度的影响,对样件从以下几个方面分别进行了试验:通过改变加工时间、偏心块的夹角、频率的大小、磨料的配比和研磨液种类,得出了这几个因素对工件表面粗糙度的影响情况。
The experiment of vibration finishing on a sample piece is given for the research on the various relating factors that affect the surface quality of the work piece machined by vibration finishing.By the experiment of changing the processing time,the eccentric angle,frequency,abrasive size proportion and grinding fluid types,the result shows that the influence in the surface quality of the work piece effect by the various relating factors.
