摘要
介绍了新型离心式逆止托辊的结构组成、工作原理并对受力情况进行了分析。这种新型逆止托辊由于在逆止过程中6个锁片同时逆止,所以逆止性能可靠且同逆止器和断带捕捉器一起保证了大倾角上运带式输送机的运行安全。
This paper introduces a new-typed centrifugal backstop roller.The main job content includes clearly analysis of structure,work principle and external forces of device.The new-typed backstop roller contains six lock pieces,which will come into play together and ensure reliable performance of device.The roller is mainly designed to be used in large-angle upward belt conveyor together with N.Y.D and belt-broken seizing machine.All these three parts realize operating safety of whole system.
