摘要
基于CATIA平台对目前应用较多的轮式装载机的后车架进行三维建模,同时分析后车架在静载工况下的受力情况,利用CATIA有限元分析模块对模型进行有限元强度和应力分析。对分析结果进行处理,找出后车架的受应力最大部位,提出改进方案,为后车架的设计和校核提供了很好的理论依据。
A wheel loader rear frame computation model were built based on CATIA,the stress and strength of rear frame case was analysed by CATIA.From analysis of results,we can find most dangerous place where stress is largest.We propose an improved scheme,which provids a functional theoretical basis for design and verify.
