摘要
分析了摩擦式提升机滑绳现象存在的可能性,针对摩擦传动特点,研究了滑绳制动系统结构组成及其控制技术,提出了滑绳的判据条件和滑绳制动力矩的可控性,总结了以可编程控制器为核心的摩擦式提升机滑绳制动技术方案。
Analyzes the existing possibility of the friction hoist machine sliding ropes phenomenon,in the light of characteristic of friction drive,researches the sliding ropes brake system structure and its control technology,puts forward the judgement conditions of sliding ropes and controllable sliding ropes brake torque,summarizes the programmable controller as the core of the friction hoist machine sliding ropes brake technology scheme.
