Analysis and Prevention of High Oil Temperature for Coal Mining Equipments

煤矿设备受使用条件的限制,工作环境恶劣、负荷大、冲击强,经常出现油温高的现象。油温过高会使油的黏度降低,从而增加机械磨损,并使密封装置迅速老化变质,降低密封性能。根据采用开式液压系统的煤矿设备在实际使用过程中出现的高温现象,分析其故障原因,并提出相应的预防措施。

With the pool condition of usage,coal mining equipments work in severe environment at high load and high impact condition.These equipments meet the problem of high oil temperature which will reduce the viscosity hydraulic oil and increase mechanical wear.The problem will accelerate sealing arrangement＇s aging and reduce the performance of sealing.This paper analyzes the reason of the high oil temperature and recommendes preventive measures with the case of open circuit for coal mining equipments.
