摘要
研究了Dy2 O3 、MnO2 添加剂及工艺对Sr Bi Ti系高压介质显微结构及介电性能的影响规律。结果表明 ,适量的Dy2 O3 能提高介质的介电常数 ,MnO2 能降低材料的介质损耗。同时 ,试样的烧成温度及原料种类对该介质的显微结构及介电性能也会产生影响。
The effects of Dy 2O 3,MnO 2 and technical process on the property and microstructure of Sr Bi Ti dielectric were studied.The result showed that dielectric constant could be increased by Dy 2O 3,loss tangent could be decreased by MnO 2,and the microstructure & dielectric property was affected by technical process and material.
