苗药香囊对小鼠肺泡灌洗液及肺组织中免疫球蛋白的影响 被引量:16

Effect of Miaoyaoxiangnang on immunoglobulin in fluid of bronchoalveolar lavage and lung tissue of the healthy mice

摘要 目的观察苗药香囊对正常小鼠肺泡灌洗液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)、免疫球蛋白G1(IgG1)及肺组织中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgG1的影响。方法雄性昆明小鼠50只,随机分为5组(每组10只):空白对照组、玉屏风颗粒组(阳性对照组)、苗药香囊持续吸入组、苗药香囊间断吸入组、苗药香囊持续吸入+玉屏风颗粒组(香+玉组)。实验小鼠连续用药4周后,采用ELISA法检测肺泡灌洗液中SIgA、IgG1的含量,Western blot分析检测肺组织中IgA、IgG1蛋白的表达。结果与空白对照组相比,苗药香囊持续吸入组小鼠肺泡灌洗液中SIgA和IgG1含量显著升高,分别为(255.83±94.96)ng/ml和(165.37±54.59)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);苗药香囊持续吸入组小鼠肺组织中IgA、IgG1的相对含量分别为3.90±0.29和2.69±0.89,显著高于空白对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苗药香囊能够增加正常小鼠呼吸道中IgA、SIgA和IgG1的含量,进而提高其呼吸道黏膜的免疫功能。 Objective To observe the influences of Miaoyaoxiangnang on secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA) and immynoglobulin G1 (IgG1) in fluid of bronehoalveolar lavage and immunoglobulin A (lgA) and IgG1 in lung tissue of healthy mice. Methods Total of 50 Kunming mice were divided into normal control (NC) group, Yupingfengkeli (YPFKL) group, continuous inhalation of Xiangnang (CIOXN) group, intermittent inhalation of Xiangnang ( IOXN ) group and CIOXN + YPFKL group ( n = 10 in each group), randomly. All mice were treated for four weeks. The levels of SIgA and IgG1 in fluid of bronehoalveolar lavage were detected by ELISA; The levels of IgA and IgG1 in the lung tissue of mice were detected by Western blot. Results Compared with the NC group, the level of SIgA (255.83 + 94. 96 ng/ml) and IgG1 ( 165.37 -+ 54.59 ng/ml) in fluid of bronchoalveolar lavage and relative levels of IgA (3.90 _+ 0.29 ) and IgG1 (2.69 -+ O. 89 ) in lung tissue in CIOXN group were significantly higher (P 〈 O. 05). Conclusions Miaoyaoxiangnang could increase the levels of IgA, SIgA and IgG1 in the respiratory tract and might enhance the respiratory mucosal immune function of healthy mice.
