摘要
随着LED产品大量使用,电子元器件对基板的散热要求越来越高,使得铝基板得到广泛应用。一部分客户要求铝基板的铝面需印制字符,而目前行业中主要采用的丝印方式,存在字符不清、表面自然氧化、耐蚀性差等缺陷,不能形成有效的防护层,最终会导致掉色失效。本文所述方法通过铝面的阳极氧化着色,然后进行激光雕刻形成黑底白字,解决了字符模糊、耐蚀性差等问题,同时可避免铝板表面进一步氧化。
With the extensive use of LED, the electronic elements are strict with the heat dispersion, which results in the widespread use of aluminum base board. A part of customers require that the aluminum surface should be printed characters, but most of the factories adopt the printing method, which exist some problems, like the characters are blurry, the oxidation on aluminum surface, and low corrosion resistance. It results that the aluminum surface couldn't form a protective layer, and cause the failure. This paper describes a method to solve the above problems. This method first uses the anodizing to form a black layer on aluminum surface, and then use laser engraving to form the characters.
