摘要
回顾了碳纤维浸胶纱拉伸性能测试方法的发展。从浸胶纱试样质量、试验参数、试验结果计算时的取值方法三方面入手,详细分析了浸胶树脂体系、浸胶方法、树脂含量、试样长度、试验速度等因素对测试结果的影响规律,指出应力-应变曲线呈非线性形态,说明碳纤维浸胶纱拉伸性能测试过程中各参数选定的理论依据。
Beginning with a review on the evolution of testing methods for the tensile properties of impregnated carbon fiber yams, the author discusses in detail how the factors such as resin system, impregnating method, resin content, specimen length and testing speed affect the test results, points out that the stress - strain curve is non - linear and hereby gives the theoretical bases for selecting the re- lated parameters in the tests.
