河北省居民家庭食品消费性支出及需求分析

Analysis on Food Consumption Expenditure and Demand of Household in Hebei Province

查阅了《河北经济年鉴2010》和《中国食品工业年鉴2005》等大量文献资料,收集和整理了2005～2009年河北省的城镇居民家庭消费性支出、城镇居民家庭平均每人全年消费的主要商品量、农民家庭平均每人主要消费品消费量、农民家庭平均每人生活消费支出,以及2009年城镇居民家庭平均每人全年消费性支出、2009年各市人口的消费现状等数据,利用数据对比的方法,全方面分析河北省居民家庭食品消费性支出和需求情况,分析了河北省食品市场的空间情况。结果表明:河北省人民群众对食品消费的需求呈刚性增长趋势,食品市场的空间将持续扩大。

The food consumption expenditure and demand of household in Hebei Province were analyzed using the data collected from the economic report of Hebei Province and China yearbook of food industry and so on. The food market space in Hebei Province was analyzed. The results showed that people＇ s food demand had a tendency to rigid increase. The food market space would continue to expand.
