摘要
介绍了一种以氯乙氧基乙醇和和强碱(如碱金属或碱土金属的氢氧化物)的稀水溶液为主要原料合成1,4-二氧六环的方法。对物料配比、加料方式、碱液浓度、反应温度和时间与产物收率之间的关系进行了研究,确定了最佳工艺条件。产品纯度达99.0%,收率80%以上(以氯乙氧基乙醇为基准计算)。
To introduce a new synthetic method of 1,4-dioxane with 2-(2-chloroethoxy)ethanol and dilute alkali so- lution as raw materials. To investigate the influence of raw material ratio, feeding mode, reaction temperature, content of alkali solution and catalysts on the yield. To determine the optimum synthetic conditions. The product's purity and yield (based on 2- (2-chloroethoxy) ethanol) can reach 99.0 G and 85 % above, respectively.
