药剂和温水浸种对果蔗脱毒增产效果的比较

Comparison of Production Increasing Effect of Sugarcane by Medicine and Mild Water Soaking with Detoxification

为探索果蔗简便易行的脱毒方法,以清水浸种相同品种为对照(CK),进行了广东腊蔗和黔糖3号温水和自研药剂浸种脱毒的增产效果比较试验。结果表明:脱毒有利于促进果蔗生长和控制病害的发生,温水脱毒2个品种分别比CK增产55.1%和61.1%,新宿平均增产48.0%和55.0%;药剂脱毒比CK增产59.1%和73.0%,新宿平均增产45.9%和53.6%;脱毒1～3级种比CK平均增产51.1%。其中,脱毒药剂1 200倍液浸种2个品种分别比CK增产59.6%和72.7%,新宿平均增产45.9%和53.6%,1～3级脱毒种平均增产41.7%和61.2%,增产效果好,持续增产效果稳定,是一种有利操作和节本增收的脱毒方法。

In order to explore the simple detoxification method of sugarcane, a comparative test of production increasing effect of Guangdong wax sugarcane and Qiantang 3 soaked in mild water and self- prepared medicine for detoxification was conducted. The control test （CK） was the same sugarcane soaked in water. The results showed that detoxification was favorable to promote the growth of sugarcane and control the disease. -Compared with the CK, the two species soaked in mild water increased 55. 1% and 61.1% of production. The average production increases of the new and stubble cane were 48.0 and 55. 0%. While the production increase of medicine soaked ones compared with CK were 59.1% and 73%. The average production increases of the new and stubble cane were 45.9% and 72.7 %. The detoxification from 1 to 3 levels increased by 51.0% averagely compared to CK. Compared with CK, the two species soaked in 1 200 times detoxification medicine had the production increase of 59.6% and 72.7% respectively, while the average production increases of the new and stubble cane were 45.9% and 53.6%. The detoxification from 1 to 3 levels increased by 41. 7% and 61. 2% averagely, production effect of which was good and stable. Then,this detoxification method was operable, cost-saving and production increasing.
