摘要
为提高贵州黑山羊低温保存精液的品质,在精液稀释液中分别添加维生素C 0mg/mL、1.0mg/mL、3.0mg/mL、6.0mg/mL、9.0mg/mL,研究不同浓度维生素C对贵州黑山羊低温保存精液品质的影响。结果表明:添加维生素C 3.0mg/mL时,可以显著提高精液品质;升温孵育后保存1h精子活力下降缓慢,1h后下降迅速。
To further improve the semen quality of Guizhou Black Goat in cryopreservation, different concentrations of vitamin C (0 mg/mL, 1.0 mg/mL, 3. 0 mg/mL, 6.0 mg/mL and 9.0 mg/mL) were added into the semen diluent. This research was to study the impact of different concentrations of vitamin C on the semen quality of Guizhou Black Goat in cryopreservation. The results showed that the semen quality could be significantly improved when the concentration of vitamin C was 3.0 mg/mL; the sperm motility declined slowly after heating incubation in one hour, while it decreased rapidly one hour later.
