摘要
农业技术推广项目管理的信息化和自动化是农业信息化战略中的一项重要内容。在深入研究贵州省农业技术推广项目管理手工系统工作流程的基础上,通过对现有实际工作资料和数据的整理、分类、分析,结合农业技术推广体系的未来发展趋势,充分考虑了省、市(州)、县3级网站服务对象的不同,分别制定了各级网站功能结构,设计了"贵州省农业技术推广项目信息系统"网站的系统构建,运用软件工程的方法对系统进行了总体设计和数据库设计,最终完成了系统实现的工作。
The informatization and automation of agro-technical popularization system was an essential part of the agricultural informatization strategy. This paper aimed to design the website of the Popularizing Agricultural Technique Project Management Information System in Guizhou Province after the deep analysis of current workflow of the manual system in Guizhou Province. And the functional structure design was well defined in three levels from province, city (state) and county through the sorting, classifyin and analysis of the existing work document and data and combining the future development trend of the agro-technical popularization system. Finally, the system was fulfilled when the overall design and database design of the system was finished by the methods of software engineering.
