摘要
本文系统地论述了矿业权价格评估的理论基础 ,分析了矿业权价格评估的特殊性 ,探讨了各种评估方法的适用性 ,并提出了政策建议。
In this paper,the theoretical bases of mining right price assessment are described;the particularity of the assessment is analysed;then the applicability of assesment methods is discussed;and finally the policies are suggested.
