心脏肥大细胞与心肌凋亡 被引量:2

摘要 急性心肌梗死后死亡的心肌细胞数量,影响着心肌梗死后疾病的进展,是随后的心室重构以及心肌衰竭程度的最重要的决定因素之一。近年的研究表明,心肌凋亡是心肌梗死各个阶段细胞死亡的重要原因之一,抑制或减少心肌细胞凋亡能阻止心肌梗死后心室重构和改善心功能。心脏肥大细胞(cardiac mast cell,CMC)是与心肌凋亡密切相关的细胞之一,它通过脱颗粒作用,释放多种炎症介质,直接参与心肌凋亡的过程。本文综述了CMC参与心肌凋亡的相关机制,并总结数种针对心肌细胞凋亡的药物及其潜在的心脏保护作用。
