不同颜色果肉猕猴桃营养品质的比较 被引量:17

Comparison of nutritional qualities of different flesh kiwifruit

摘要 对市场上售价差异悬殊的国产绿色果肉、国产红色果肉、进口绿色果肉、进口黄色果肉猕猴桃进行了主要营养指标的品质分析。结果显示,国产红色果肉、进口黄色果肉猕猴桃的营养品质优于绿色果肉品种。在绿色果肉品种中,进口绿色果肉优于国产绿色果肉品种,高价格中蕴含着高品质,体现了优质优价的市场原则。 Nutritional qualities parameters of domestic green- and red-fleshed kiwifruit and imported green -and yellow-fleshed kiwifruit purchased from market and had significant difference in price were analyzed. Results showed that nutritional qualities in domestic red-flesh and imported yellow-flesh fruit were better than those in green-flesh fruit. Moreover, qualities in imported green-flesh fruit were better than those in domestic that. These results suggested that high price pointed to high quality, which further exhibited golden rules of market.
