摘要
采用了废菌丝体黑曲霉为原料酶法生产壳聚糖,通过多次试验测定了不同条件下所得壳聚糖的脱乙酰度、黏度、得率等指标,从而确定最佳试验条件。通过与微波法产品的比较,证明2种方法在生产中均是可行的,但用虾蟹壳为原料生产壳聚糖的废渣污染环境,不如用黑曲霉生产有前瞻性。
Experiment adopt enzyme method to produce the chitosan, which taking the raw material of aspergillus niger. We measures the value number of degree of deacetylation, viscosity, yield with difference condition via experiment many times, thus make sure the best experiment condition. Compare with the reaction in the microwave methods, it is proved that the method of enzyme has certain meaning of application in relation to resolve shortage problem of chitosan raw materials.
