河北省80699例已婚女性孕前TORCH检测结果分析

Analysis of pro-pregnancy TORCH detection results of 80699 married women in Hebei

目的:了解TORCH检测在河北省孕前优生健康检查中的意义,降低出生缺陷发生风险。方法:按照《河北省开展免费孕前优生健康检查工作实施方案》要求,采用酶联免疫法测定血清中风疹病毒IgG抗体、巨细胞病毒IgG、IgM抗体和弓形虫IgG、IgM抗体。各试点县(市)每月汇总上报TORCH检查结果,由河北省计划生育科研院专家将汇总表进行统计分析。结果:河北省15个国家项目试点县(市)共有80 699例已婚待孕妇女接受TORCH检查,风疹病毒IgG抗体、巨细胞病毒IgG、IgM抗体及弓形虫IgG、IgM抗体阳性率分别为50.13%、29.84%、3.79%、0.50%和0.20%;所检测的3种病毒抗体阳性率最高和最低比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论:TORCH检测在孕前优生健康检查中具有重要意义,应提高待孕夫妇对TORCH检测意义和TORCH感染危害性认识,规范TORCH检测方法,强化实验室质量控制和管理,提高试剂质量。

Objective：To observe the significance of the TORCH detection in the pre-pregnancy physical examination in Hebei province,and to better guide eugenic counseling,reduce the risk of birth defects.Methods：To determine the serum rubella virus IgG antibody,cytomegalovirus IgG and IgM antibodies,and toxoplasma gondii IgG and IgM antibodies by ELSIA according to the implementation plan of free pre-pregnancy health examination of Hebei province..Every pilot counties submitted the results of TORCH monthly,then the results were analyzed by the research specialist of Hebei provincial science and technology institute of family planning.Results：80 699 women who planned to get pregnant accepted TORCH detection in the fifteen national project pilot counties.The positive rates of serum rubella virus IgG antibody,cytomegalovirus IgG and IgM antibodies,and toxoplasma gondii IgG and IgM antibodies were 50.13%,29.84%,3.79%,0.50% and 0.20% respectively.Comparing the positive rate of the 3 kinds of virus antibody,significant differences were found（P〈0.001）.Conclusion：It is meaningful for eugenic counseling and guidance and reducing the risk of birth defect to women who planned to get pregnant to carry out TORCH detection.The key is to improve the consciousness of examination and the danger of infection of TORCH,strengthen test standard,the laboratory and reagent quality control and management.
