乙状结肠膀胱扩大术后清洁间歇导尿治疗30例神经源性低顺应性膀胱患者的护理

Nursing of 30 patients with clean intermittent catheterization after sigmoid augmentation cystoplasty for the treatment of low compliance neurogenic bladder

总结30例神经源性低顺应性膀胱乙状结肠膀胱扩大术患者应用清洁间歇导尿(Clean Intermittent Catheteriza-tion,CIC)的护理经验。由专科护士向患者及家属讲解术后长期应用CIC的必要性和重要性;设立工作坊,敦促患者利用人体示教模型反复练习CIC;通过长期随访不断提高患者的自我护理能力,并使患者逐渐形成良好习惯。本组术后均顺利完成CIC,基本掌握自我护理方法,重返学校或工作岗位,1例适龄女患者成功生育。本组肾功能得以保护,生活质量有所提高。

This paper summarizes the nursing care of 30 patients with clean intermittent catheterization （CIC） after sigmoid augmentation cystoplasty for the treatment of low compliance neurogenic bladder. The key points were health education on the necessity and significance of long-term use of CIC for the patients and families by a specialized nurse,training the patients to use CIC by holding workshops,and enhancing the patients＇ self-care abilities through long-term follow-up. All the patients could successfully perform CIC and self-care practices,and their qulity of life was improved. One female patient had to a baby safely after the operation.
