护理不良事件自愿报告系统的改进与实践

Improvement of an internet-based voluntary reporting system of nursing errors

根据自愿报告系统非惩罚性、保密性等特点,以医院信息系统为平台,设计护理不良事件自愿报告系统的报告模式、报告内容、报告方法,制订实施方案。运行5个月,共收集不良事件57起,针对共性问题制订改进方案,使护士的护理安全意识增强,无护理事故发生。本报告系统可识别更广泛的不良事件,方便报告、分析、反馈工作,从而改善患者安全。

Based on the hospital information system,the reporting mode,reporting contents and reporting methods of the internet-based voluntary reporting system of nursing errors were designed. The reporting system received 57 cases in 5 months. Four cases of improvement projects were made according to the common problems. The nurses＇ safety awareness was strengthened and no adverse nursing events occurred. The reporting system can help nurses to identify wider scope of adverse events. Furthermore,it is convenient to report and analyze the adverse events and is beneficial to improve patient safety.
