摘要
目的了解护理学在职研究生学习障碍和学习满意度的现状,并分析两者之间的相关性。方法采用参与障碍普适量表和学习满意度量表,对190名护理学在职研究生进行问卷调查。采用Pearson相关分析法探讨护理学在职研究生学习障碍和学习满意度的相关性。结果护理学在职研究生学习障碍总均分为(2.78±0.41)分,学习满意度总均分为(3.60±0.50)分;学习障碍总均分与学习满意度总均分的相关系数为-0.353(P<0.01)。结论护理学在职研究生存在一定程度的学习障碍,学习满意度有待提高,学习障碍与学习满意度呈低中度负相关。管理者可以通过各种方法降低在职研究生的学习障碍,进而提高其学习满意度。
Objective To investigate the status of learning deterrent and learning satisfaction among part-time nursing students in master programs,and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods Totally 190 part-time nursing students in master programs were investigated with Deterrent to Participation Scale-General (DPS-G) and Learning Satisfaction Scale. The correlation between learning deterrent and learning satisfaction was analyzed using a Pearson correlation analysis. Results The overall average score of the learning deterrent was 2.78±0.41 ;the overall average score of the learning satisfaction was 3.60± 0.50. They were negatively correlated with each other(r=-0.353,P〈0.01 ). Conclusions The part-time nursing students in master programs have certain level of learning deterrent. Their learning satisfaction needs to be enhanced. There is a low to medium negative correlation between learning deterrent and learning satisfaction. Measures should be carried out to reduce the students' learning deterrent and to further improve their learning satisfaction.
