采煤机滚筒瞬时负荷的分析与研究

The Analyses and Study of Instantaneous Load about Helix Drum

根据采煤机滚筒截煤过程及其截齿受力状况的分析 ,研究了截齿处于截割断面的不同位置角时的滚筒瞬时负荷。在此基础上 ,提出了波动因数作为衡量滚筒负荷波动和工作平稳性的指标 ,建立了相应数学模型与计算框图 ,并通过实例演算 ,进行了滚筒瞬时载荷与负荷波动的计算机模拟。

According to the working procedure of the shearer,this paper studied the instantaneous load about helix drum,created the mathematical model of load fluctuation and put forward the appraising method and standard about the smooth of the working helix drum.It can be used as the theory of improving the property for drum.
