摘要
根据矿井通风安全的基础理论、管理信息系统及模糊数学的相关知识 ,将通风工区、矿安监处及相关部门作为系统边界 ,以演进原形法为分析方法 ,开发和设计了煤矿通风安全管理信息系统。建立了通风安全日常管理、阻力测定等 9个子系统及相应的程序框图。通过计算机控制 ,可迅速、准确地实现系统的数据收集与处理 ,工况监测与调节 ,系统评价与事故分析。
This paper is based on the basic theory of mine ventilation and safety and relative knowledge of MIS and Fuzzy Math.According to the ordinary process of development of MIS with the system boundary of department of ventilation,safety and interrelation departments.We designed and developed Mine Ventilation and Safety Management Information System by the analysis methods of Prototyping.We construct nine son-systems and corresponding programs,including daily management of mine ventilation and safety,ventilation resistance detect and etc.These programs can rapidly collect and correctly handle data,monitor and adjust fan operating,analysis and optimize ventilation network,also can determination the condition of mine ventilation and safety,analysis all kind of safety accident.
