摘要
目的:探索失调态度、自尊以及应激事件对初一年级学生抑郁症状的影响,以验证Beck抑郁认知理论在儿童青少年中的适用性。方法:使用儿童应激事件量表、儿童失调态度量表、自尊量表以及儿童抑郁量表初次测查了初一年级324名学生,接着每间隔2个月使用全部量表追踪调查4次,对追踪调查数据进行多层线性模型分析。结果:自尊与失调态度在应激事件与抑郁症状的关系中均没有显著的调节效应。结论:Beck抑郁认知易感理论可能并不适用于国内初一年级阶段的儿童青少年,在抑郁认知易感因素的发展水平上,东西方儿童青少年可能存在差异。
Objective: To explore the influence of dysfunctional attitudes,self-esteem and stress on depression symptoms in grade 7 students,the key point was to explore the moderate effects of dysfunctional attitude and self-esteem on the relation of stress and depression.Methods: Children’s Hassles Scale,Children’s Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale Revised,Self-Esteem Scale and Children’s Depression Inventory were used to test 324 grade 7 students 5 times,with a 2 month interval and analysis of multilevel linear model was adopted.Results: For cognitive factors of dysfunctional attitude and self-esteem,there was no significant moderate effect on the relationship between stress and depressive symptoms.Conclusion: Beck’s cognitive theory might be not adapted to Chinese adolescents in 7th grade stage,and it indicates that an adolescent’s cognitive development difference might exist between East and West.
