摘要
目的:探讨大学生坚韧人格、自尊与竞争态度的关系。方法:采用大学生坚韧人格评定量表、自尊量表(SES)、竞争态度量表(中国版)对400名在校本科生进行调查。结果:①良性竞争态度与坚韧人格总分及韧性、挑战、控制、投入、自尊呈显著正相关;过度竞争态度与坚韧人格总分及韧性、投入、自尊呈显著负相关。②自尊、控制、挑战对大学生良性竞争态度有一定的正向预测作用;自尊、投入对大学生过度竞争态度有一定的负向预测作用。结论:坚韧人格、自尊水平与大学生竞争态度有密切关系。
Objective： To explore the relationship of college students between hardiness and self-esteem,competition attitude.Methods： 400 full-time college students were investigated by Academic Hardiness Scale,Self-esteem Scale（SES） and Competition Attitude Scale（Chinese version）.Results： ①There was a significant positive correlation between personal development competitive attitude and hardiness,toughness,challenge,control,concentration,self-esteem,and there was a significant negative correlation between hypercompetitive attitude and hardiness,toughness,concentration,and self-esteem.②Self-esteem,control and challenge were positive predictors of personal development competitive attitude;self-esteem and concentration were negative predicators of hypercompetitive attitude.Conclusion： There is a close correlation between hardiness,self-esteem and competition attitude
