摘要
针对离心磨矿机的碎矿特点 ,按不同的介质级配关系 ,采用正交分析的方法 ,对破碎介质的“最佳级配”进行试验研究 .在此基础上 ,为了忽略具体试验条件 (如滚筒直径、介质尺寸等 )的影响 ,通过计算机优化来获得级配与破碎产品细颗粒含量之间的函数关系式 ,从而为离心磨矿机的进一步应用提供指导 .
According to the mineral breaking features of centrifugal mill and the grading relation between different mediums,the authors have performed an experimental research on the optimum graduation of the breaking medium by the method of orthogonal analysis.In order to ignore the influence of the practical experimental conditions such as the cylinder’s diameter and the medium′s dimension,the experiment employs computer optimization to present a function equation between graduation and the fine grain content in the broken products.Thus,it offers some advice on the further application of the centrifugal mill.
