恩再适不同给药方式治疗老年带状疱疹后神经痛的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Enzaishi Treatment in the Patients with Post Herpetic Neuralgia after Herpes Zoster

目的：探讨恩再适（牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液）不同给药方式治疗老年带状疱疹后神经痛（PHN）的临床观察。方法老年PHN患者共64例，随机分为2组，A组予恩再适静点，13组予恩再适注射液肌注。疗程均为2周，用疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）评价治疗前后的镇痛效果。结果：治疗1周后，AB两组的VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗2周后，AB两组评分较治疗前均明显下降（P〈0．01），且AB两组的VAS评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：牛痘疫苗致炎免皮提取物在连续治疗2周后可以明显缓解老年PHN的神经病理性疼痛，且肌肉注射较静脉点滴疗效更佳。

OBJECTIVE ： To explore clinical effect of Enzaishi treatment in the patients with post herpetic neuralgia （PHN） ＇after herpes zoster. METHODS： A total of 64 elderly patients with PHN were randomly divided into two groups： A group and B group all received Enzaishi, intravenously infusion and intramuscular injection separately. The treatment all lasted for two weeks. Clinical effects before and after treatment were assessed by Visual Analogue Scal （VAS）. RESULTS： After the treatment lasted one week there was no significant difference in VAS between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment of 2 weeks the scores of the two groups decreased clearly （P 〈0. 01 ）. There was significant difference in VAS between A group and B group （P 〈0. 01 ）. CONCLUSION： Enzaishi can release the pain of the patients with PHN after this drug treatment.
