中西医治疗血管性认知障碍的研究进展

Study on Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Patients with Vascular Cognitive Impairment

血管性认知障碍是指所有的血管因素导致的从轻度认知障碍到痴呆的一类综合征，对其早期的干预治疗能够降低血管性痴呆的发生。目前对血管性认知障碍的研究还处于初级阶段，对血管性认知障碍的治疗各研究者也有不同的看法。本文对就近年来中西医治疗血管性认知障碍的近况作一简要综述。

Vascular cognitive impairment （VCI） is a new concept. Early treatment of it can reduce the occurrence of dementia. Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine may be effective in the treatment of the patients with VCI, which is reviewed in the article.
