摘要
以南方某住宅楼为例 ,对其屋盖处墙体两端出现的八字裂缝进行了详细的考查和分析 ,经理论计算证明 ,屋盖处墙体两端八字裂缝并非由荷载引起 ,而是由于温度的变化在墙体中产生的温度应力所致 .针对这一情况 ,经分析得知砖墙与屋面板的阻力系数 (Cx)和屋面板与墙体自由变形差 (αT)是两个主要影响因素 ,据此提出了此类裂缝的预防和弥补措施 ,供计算、施工参考 .
A southern housing building is described as an example,the loudspeaker-shaped cracks in both ends of top wall are investigated and analysed.It is proved in theory that the loudspeaker-shaped cracks in both ends of top wall are not caused by loads,but by temperature stress due to the change of temperature in the wall.It is found that resistance coefficient(C x ) and the difference of free deformation(αT) between the brick-wall and board are two main factors.Some preventing and remedial measures for designing and construction perfamances are put forward.
