摘要
对鞍钢二烧和四烧的烧结矿进行了冶金性能检测和分析,并采用X射线衍射、光学显微镜和扫描电镜对二烧和四烧的高碱度烧结矿进行了矿物组成、矿相结构的分析与研究。结果表明,二烧和四烧烧结矿矿物组成与结构特征的差异分别与其化学成分和冶金性能的差异相吻合,两者矿物都以赤铁矿、磁铁矿或磁赤铁矿、铁酸钙、硅酸二钙和玻璃相为主。建议四烧适当降低配碳量,使其矿相结构更趋合理。
The sinters of Ansteel No.2 and No.4 sintering plant were examined and analyzed in terms of metallurgical properties, and the mineralogical composition and microstructure of high basicity sinters of No. 2 and No. 4 sintering plant were investigated and analyzed by the X-ray diffraction, the optical microscope and the scanning electron microscope. The result showed that, the differences of mineralogical composition and microstructures of these sinters are identical with those of chenfical composition and the metallurgical performance respectively. The minerals of sinters of both sintering plants are mainly composed of hematite, magnetite or maghemite, calcium ferrite, dicalcium silicate and glass phase. It is suggested that carbon charging rate of No.4 sintering plant should be reduced appropriately to make microstructure of the sinter more rational.
