摘要
在烧结过程中采用添加剂脱硫是烧结烟气脱硫的一种新方法,其原理是添加剂在烧结机上遇热分解成氨气,与烧结过程中产生的SO2气体进行反应生成硫酸铵固体颗粒,经电除尘器收集进入除尘灰,达到脱除烟气中SO2的目的。中试结果表明,烧结烟气中SO2排放浓度随添加剂加入量的增加而逐渐降低,当每吨混合料加入添加剂的量为3.02 kg时,脱硫率可达81.33%。为了解决放灰期间烟气中SO2浓度升高的问题,可采取加大添加剂用量的办法,也可对除尘灰进行单独处理,脱除其中的硫,再作为烧结原料循环使用。本脱硫方法具有设备投资少、占地面积小以及运行成本低等优点,而且添加剂价廉易得,对烧结生产成本影响较小,在目前昂贵的烧结烟气脱硫方法中不失为一种很好的烧结过程烟气脱硫新方法。
Using additive for desulphurization in sintering process is a new method for sintering flue gas desulphurization, the principle is like this, the additive decomposes to ammonia when meeting heat on sinter machine, the ammonia reacts with SO2 produced in sintering process and results in solid particles of ammonium sulfate, which are collected by electrostatic precipitator and discharged into dust hopper, thus the removal of SO2 in fine gas was realized. The pilot plant test result shows that, the SO2 emission concentration of sintering flue gas gradually decreases with the increase of additives input, when the additive input per ton of mixture is 3.02kg, the desulphurization rate can be up to 81.33%. In order to solve the problem of SO2 concentration increase in flue gas during dust discharge, the method of increasing additive consumption as well as treating the collected dust independently can be used to remove the sulphur in the dust and recycle it as sintering raw materials. The desulphurization method has the advantages like low equipment investment, small land coverage and low running cost, the additives are cheap and easy to get, they have little influence on the sintering production cost, therefore it is a very good new desulphurization method in all current expensive sintering flue gas desulphurization methods.
