国际、国内经济形势的高度复杂性和政府宏观经济政策的短周期性是"十二五"开局之年中国经济的显著特点之一。这反映了在增长、结构和物价三个重要调控目标之间困难的政策选择。在当前这种各类矛盾交织的转型升级时期,更需要有实业专注精神和坚忍不拔毅力的现代工业文明素质,才能攀登上一个又一个产业高地,占据世界产业制高点,使中国真正成为未来的工业强国。从一定意义上可以说,"十二五"开局之年,尽管充满矛盾和阵痛,但正是中国企业和企业家告别"血拼"转向脱胎升华之时。从此,中国工业体系和中国市场经济体制将向着更加成熟的发展阶段前进。由于各种客观和主观因素的作用,中国工业绿色化、精致化、高端化、信息化、服务化的趋势正在形成,比以往任何时候都更显著地出现了加快经济结构调整和产业转型升级,走上新型工业化道路的态势。

At the beginning year of the 12th FYP, the high complexity of the international and domestic economic situation and the short cycle of the government＇s macroeconomic policies feature in the Chinese economy, which is reflected in the hard policy decision between three regulatory targets： development, structure and price. In this period of interwoven contradictions, more concentration and perseverance are needed for China to strive for a future industrial power. In a certain sense, we can say that although the beginning year of the 12th FYP is fulfilled with contradictions and pains, it is just the moment when Chinese enterprises emerge from the womb of ＂rush to the bottom＂. From then on, Chinese industrial system and Chinese market-economy are marching to a more developed stage. Under the effects of various objective and subjective factors, a trend of green, delicate, high-end and informatization and servicisation is forming. Chinese industry is speeding up the process of new industrialization with economic structure adjustment and industrial transformation and upgrading.
