摘要
为了提高太阳能热发电系统20G钢换热管的使用寿命,制备了2种耐熔融Al-12.07%Si合金腐蚀有机硅树脂涂料防护层(T1,T2),对其力学性能及耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:2种防腐蚀涂层的抗热震性能良好,与基体的粘结强度较高;2种涂层均具有较强的耐熔融Al-12.07%Si合金腐蚀的性能,较耐腐蚀的T2涂层使用寿命是20G钢的19倍。
Two kinds of organic silicone resin coatings (T1 and T2) with the ability to resist corrosion induced by molten Al-12.07%Si alloy were prepared so as to extend the service life of 20G heat exchange tube used in solar thermal power generation integration systems. The mechanical properties and anticorrosion behavior of the two kinds of coatings were investigated. Results show that both T1 and T2 coatings have good thermal shock resistance and high bonding strength with the steel substrate. Besides, they both have good resistance against corrosion by molten Al-12.07%Si alloy; and in particular, coating T2 possesses better anticorrosion ability and shows an anticorrosion life of 19 times as much as that of the steel substrate.
