摘要 热障涂层(TBCs)技术已成为当今各国航空发动机推进计划中的3大关键技术之一,其涂层寿命的评估与预测是TBCs技术研究中的重要环节。简述了TBCs的失效形式和对影响其使用寿命关键因素的研究现状,旨在为建立寿命预测模型提供参考。 The failure modes of thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) are briefed, and the current status of research on the factors affecting the service lifetime of TBCs are introduced. It is pointed out thermal barrier coating technology is currently one of the three key technologies of aircraft engines, and its research and development has strategic importance. Besides, the lifetime assessment and prediction of thermal barrier coatings are the key issues in the researches of thermal barrier coatings. This review, hopefully, is to help to provide references for establishing models to predict the lifetime of TBCs.
