摘要 细胞周期调控是一个很复杂的过程,其通过促进有丝分裂的调节因子和抑制有丝分裂的调节因子的精细平衡来完成。其中促进有丝分裂的调节因子包括细胞周期素、细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶、真核生物起始因子3a等。现主要阐述细胞周期调控蛋白如细胞周期素、细胞周期分裂基因2、真核生物起始因子3a、细胞周期素依赖激酶抑制因子家族在细胞周期中的作用及在心脏发育中的作用。 Cell cycle regulation is a very complicated process, completed of fine balance by promoting the mitotic adjustment factor and inhibit mitotic adjustment factor. Promoted mitotic adjustment factors which include cell cycle elements, cell cycle protein kinase dependence, eukaryotes starting factor 3a,etc. This review mainly expounds the functions of the cell cycle regulation protein such as cell cycle elements, CDC2, eukaryotes starting factor 3a, CIP/KIP family in the cell cycle regulation process and the role in heart development.
