摘要
营销是实现企业价值的最后也是极其重要的一个环节,营销人员能力的大小和积极性的高低在很大程度上影响了销售部门和企业的整体绩效水平。因此,如何在企业中对销售人员实施有效的绩效考核,是当前企业人力资源管理研究的热点问题,对提高企业管理水平具有十分重要的意义。本文就关键绩效指标法对此问题进行研究。
In the enterprise's internal value chain, sales is the last and most important link, and marketing staff's ability and motivation to a large extent affected the level of sales and business level of overall performance. Therefore, how the sales staff in the enterprise to implement effective performance appraisal, is currently a hot research issue in Human Resource Management. Improving the management level is of great significance. This paper discuss KPI in the marketing staff's performance appraisal.
