摘要
为达到合理制定备件采购计划的目的,通过对价值较高的备件的使用历史数据进行统计分析,拟合得到寿命函数,进而计算出在期望的可靠度下的备件使用寿命,并依此得到最佳再订货时间和最优库存量。经实例证明,该方法能有效地指导备件计划采购。
With the purpose to optimize equipment's spare .parts reorder point planning, a measure of analyzing historical data of equipment's spare parts with high cost and fitting of distribution were adopted to calculate their life--cycle, optimized reorder point and invenfory. FinallY, a case was presented to prove that such measure is practical. As a restilt, the total inventory has dramatically dropped.
